Ovarian rejuvenation after failed IVF
Hello everyone, Just wanted to share bad news with you. I failed another cycle. I discussed options with my doctor but don't know yet what to do. I could carry on with another IVF cycle e pray for a miracle or do an ovary rejuvenation and see if this changes things for good. I soon turn 42 and my AMH

Weak Eggs. Causes. no blastos. WHY?
Does the protocol alter the quality of eggs? I got three eggs and two fertilised on my first cycle. My two eggs make it to day 5 blastocycts. (Though I was told they were ok on day 4) The cause was put down to age by the specialist. So gutting I am 39 and a half with FSH around 8 and AMH 2.2 I

Try naturally before starting norethisterone for new treatment cycle?
I am waiting to hear if my next cycle is going ahead based on AMH ans FSH levels and minimum NHS requirements. You must meet at least one. I do not meet AMH (minimum is 5 and mine is 2.2) My last FSH was 7.7 (in march)and the maximum for NHS treatment is 8.9. This is really nerve wracking. Bloods

Low amh and high fsh/ clinic recommendations . London
I would love some recommendations to research please. I am London based but would consider travelling. My amh is 1.8 and fsh was 7 last count. Last and first round I got no blastocysts 😕

worst amh and fsh. So worried
I’m 39 and a half with recent amh reading of 1.8, fsh was 7 ( 6 months ago) and recent follicle count was 8. You need to make 2 out of three to qualify for nhs funding. So far follicle count is ok. I know amh won’t. fSh is key here. My last round was my first and a disaster ( don’t think medication

Medication Storage Ideas?
Hi. There's lots of ideas from other countries that create neat medication storage for mostly bottles but in Britain it's not the way most meds are prescribed to most adults. I'd love to hear your solutions to storing lots of meds in varying (including month to month - mine are a mix of fortnightly

Has anyone had a second AMH test and seen a positive increase?
Sorry for all the posts - you can tell I’m anxious about this 2WW! But one other question I’m keen to ask and hear your experiences on is whether anyone with low AMH has had a second blood test and seen it increase? It’s something my fertility acupuncturist suggested we might want to do given my low

Anyone tried natural modified ivf for low AMH?
Another thing I’m considering is asking to try a natural modified ivf cycle which I’ve heard is good for older women with low AMH. Having had two rounds of icsi on a normal-high dosage of arms and only getting 2 eggs each time with just one fertilising I’m keen to see if this would be any different -

Found out I was pregnant whilst waiting to start a DE cycle!
Some people may recognise my backstory from the Fertility Network forum. I didn’t think it was appropriate to post this news there as I’ve read things like this when I’ve been at my lowest and found it incredibly upsetting. I had done 4 IVF cycles, with one CP, never achieved anything decent enough

Sudden AMH drop?
Hi everyone,I'm so pleased to have found this group and to be able to see I'm not alone on this journey. No one I know in person can understand what it's like and I find it very hard talking to anyone, even my husband. I had my first AMH test in February 2022, I was 37 then, it came back as 8.5 and we

accidentally taken too much meriofert!!
hey everyone back for our 3rd round of IVF after two failures and never had embryos to freeze and already made a mistake…. I’m on 375 meriofert and the nurse said to take 5 vials (she thought we had 75iu) but it turns out it was 150 vials so for the last two days I’ve been taking 750iu of meriofert.

Round 2: First scan
So this morning was my first scan of round 2 and as we were driving to the clinic it all suddenly hit me and I got really teary - here we go again, jumping straight back on the emotional rollercoaster that is ivf! I was so scared and nervous for what I was about to see given the unknowns surrounding

Is it menopause ?
My story is complicated and confusing. I am 39 now but I think I am getting into menopause very soon.I have severe hot flushes for nearly a month and half now, they are so severe and frequent that I have to sit motionless in front of the AC or fan all the time, even going to the bathroom would trigger

Here we go again
I’ve not posted since my miscarriage as needed to give myself a break from it all but am now about to start my second round of ivf (icsi) - with injections starting tomorrow. I’m feeling extremely apprehensive about it because I feel so much more pressure this time around. Especially as it feels like

Failed First Round ICSI - no blastocysts - NHS wants to put us back on the waiting list. 39years old. Want to try again next month
39, Just had a consultation with Dr after failed first NHS IVF round. No blastocysts. We were contacted out of the blue and our IVF started earlier than we expected (We were given a start of March 2024 as a guide to start) Our appointment was brought forward due to our age and AMH. First appointment

Would you recommend any further tests BEFORE IVF? (ERA, NK cells, etc)
Hello lovely community, I may be jumping the gun here and i’m open to be told i’m being ridiculous! I’m 33, have a very high AMH, short luteal phase of 5 days and some signs of PCOS (High follicle count, slightly raised testosterone but normal LH/FSH balance and i ovulate on my own) The nurse
