Daft question but are there just 3 runs per week as I also do aerobics, circuit training and Pilates?

A damp Monday morning....
I definitely also need another pair of shoes - ironically for my
aerobics
class as the running shoes I used to wear there are getting a bit mucky from the park. The 20 minute challenge is next for me - maybe Wednesday or the first dry-ish day after that? Have a great week everyone :-)

How long does it take to start losing weight?
I've been running, doign
aerobics
and following the same diet that lost me 2 stone but have stuck at the same weight since I started running.

Cough, cough, sneeze, sneeze!
I can't go to
aerobics
tomorrow but might try and swim on Friday, lungs permitting.

LIVING INSIDE OUT
Latin
aerobics
. I was once a dancer. The room is full of women, a few men. The instructor turns the CD on and everyone Zumbas. I try, but the movement just ain’t there. I’m out of synch, out of rhythm, out of excuses. I turned and left. The instructor asked me to stay.

Feeling lazy; a day off!
Tomorrow I'm aiming to do W1R3 in the evening and have already booked step
aerobics
for next week. Hoping that I will be able to go swimming next Friday, work permitting, as I enjoyed it but was disappointed with my time!

Wahoo, week two!
It's the start of my exercise week, so I have C25K tonight, step
aerobics
tomorrow, C25K Thursday, swimming on Friday and then C25K on Sunday. On Saturday I have a huge concert event I've been organising so expect I shall be exhausted come Sunday but will give it a go!

Day one...Olympically inspired!
Tomorrow I have my first step
aerobics
class in about 13 years, I haven't done one since high school but I always enjoyed it and have found a class at a reasonable time.

Quitting Smoking – Help for Cravings and Tough Situations
Some of the exercises can be done at home – for instance, you can rent a DVD for beginner’s yoga, tai chi, or
aerobics
– or maybe even borrow one from the library. And you can always make up your own activities – this is just a starter list of ideas.

SWIMMING.
I was wondering if anyone else has taken up aqua
aerobics
or swimming as a form of exercise or is this not good for people with COPD?

How did I end up doing this?
And then I discovered C25K and did the first run Weds - with little problem and run 2 on Friday, again felt OK even after the aqua
aerobics
class that I thought would be a good cool down!

Anxiety Attacks Caused By Too Much Exercise????
On the days I dont run I do interval
aerobics
and swim once a week. I have recently increased the amount of exercise I do and only have one day off a week Over the last couple of weeks I seem to have what I would describe as nervous energy and have had a couple of anxiety attacks at night.

Those were the days...
I loved the training on the river and the buzz of the races (and looking at the fit guys in front of me who did everything I said ;) ) But I wasn't fit myself: I remember I went to an
aerobics
session and actually fainted after the warm up session!

Finally Some Freedom From Anxiety
I started running 3 times a week with the couch to 10 k programme (I am on week 9) and attend
aerobics
once a week with a friend. I have found it is impossible to feel anxious when exercising.

Pain & injuries!
It's not like I wasn't active before, I'm used to doing quite high impact
aerobics
, so stamina is not an issue, it's the body not being able to keep up....any advice would be greatly appreciated ;)
