Daft question but are there just 3 runs per week as I also do aerobics, circuit training and Pilates?
Not sure quite what you mean Jackson, yes there ARE only three runs a week; it's all you need to progress at the rate of the programme. You do not want to run on consecutive days or you might sustain an injury. It sounds like you are quite fit by the amount of other stuff you are doing but it's a nine week programme for a reason.

That's great just wanted to make sure I could do it all still I am fit but still listed as obese! Am hoping it's muscle! I did run regularly about 2 years ago and completed a couple of 5K races in about 35 minutes but swapped it for other exercise now I want to get back into it. Thanks for the help!
I was doing about 4 classes a week when I started (2 cardio, 1 yoga/pilates type stuff, 1 weight training) plus an evening climbing. I found time-wise that I couldn't do all these things and do 3 runs and I was always finding excuses not to run! So I dropped my two cardio classes in order to do the three runs a week.
I feel fitter than I did with the 4 classes, I'm just going into week 9. Once the longer runs kick in you may find, like I did, that that's all you have the energy for ... Or not, age may play a role too
