Hi, I've noticed after the last couple of runs the outside of both my knees are red and itch but no pain. Does anyone know what might cause this? I have suffered with pain in the side of my knee approx a year ago from aerobics but this is weird!!!

Are you wearing clothing that the knees can rub on? I can't think what else it could be
Maybe this is the cause but they also feel slightly numb as well and I'm on week 4 and have not changed clothing I wear.
I guess I'll have to keep any eye on it and hope it's not the start of an injury.
