Intraductal Carcinoma & Cribiform pattern 4 treatment options?
I am reading that the IDC-P has poor response to
ADT
, CT (chemo), and external beam radiation. Anyone who has news on recent/upcoming medications, clinical trials or alternatives to existing ones?

GUIDANCE trial
I'm in the low Decipher score group (0.34), but there is still a 50% chance that I'll have to do
ADT
with it as part of the randomization in the study. Has anyone else had the vessel sparing procedure or part of this study? Curious on your outcomes (I know everyone's experience will be different).

CT and Bone Scan 2 weeks after PSMA PET?
My argument was to start
ADT
and salvage radiation ASAP, but maybe I'm missing something here. What is the benefit of waiting and doing another: 1) CT/Bone Scan after a PSMA PET 2 weeks ago, and 2) another PSA test after a week?

Ginseng and Testosterone
I know whilst on
adt
it helps with overall fatigue but would that be defeating the object of the pc cells feeding on more produced testosterone, sounds like a double edged sword. Any comments would bd appreciated.

I encourage those who have the desire and energy level but low T knocked out by

Heme iron versus ferrous gluconate
ADT
causes the symptoms of anemia & some GPs respond by recommending iron. Myers was fed up at one point about the number of patients who had way too much iron - thanks to their GPs. As Myers says: men don't bleed, at least not on a monthly cycle.

how fit can one be on ADT and abiraterone?
I have been on Lupron and abiraterone for less than two months and I have gone from doing 50 consecutive push ips to 10. I am slim on KETO diet but am disenchanted with the lack of ability to maintain any muscle. How much strength can be maintained on these meds?

Flomax is incompatible with anti- depress and sleep meds, I have to take to alleviate
ADT
side effects, and takes a month to work. Appreciate words of medical wisdom, other than "go with the flow" :)

Update on my father
He’s been on
ADT
- Eligard shots every 3 months and prednisone + zytiga everyday. It’s challenging as I work with him and see all the ins and outs of his behaviour while on those meds. He remains undetectable on the psa scale as of now (<0.02) Diagnosis in 2019 .

Dumb Question about rising PSA after initial RT.
If you still have a prostate after RT treatment 7 years ago ( NO
ADT
), could a slowly rising PSA just be 'natural' as you age?

PSA down but mets increasing?
I've been on
ADT
+ Xtandi for about a year (see my Bio for details) and my PSA has been slowly and steadily reducing over that time - now down to 0.05.

Another Cialis Question
Anyway, since there’s still a ways to go on this
ADT
journey, I wanted to see if he should be back on Cialis again.

Maddening Contradictory Advice
Latest update on my still hormone sensitive lymph nodes-only but widespread metastatic cancer is the Dexa scan showing I now have Osteopenia (no doubt occasioned by
ADT
regimen and lack of Testosterone).

testosterone boosters after ADT?
I finished SBRT in September and a six month course of
ADT
in March. I asked my endocrinologist about zinc and Vitamin D to aid T recovery, and he said it probably wouldn’t help, but won’t hurt anything. I saw some “testosterone support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it.
