GUIDANCE trial

Hi All,

I'm about to start treatment with SBRT in about 3 weeks after getting SpaceOAR placed, and I've been enrolled in the GUIDANCE trial designed to attempt vessel sparing and avoid nerve bundles. I'm in the low Decipher score group (0.34), but there is still a 50% chance that I'll have to do ADT with it as part of the randomization in the study. Has anyone else had the vessel sparing procedure or part of this study? Curious on your outcomes (I know everyone's experience will be different).

Yes, I get the SpaceOAR procedure/placement this Friday and then do my RT simulation next week. Anxious is an understatement...
