Dental treatment
I have the dentist on Monday and he does not take any notice of my having a thyroid problem. I have to remind him each time not to include any adrenalin in the local, and each time he signs and rolls his eyes. Anyway, I was having a bit of an internet search and came across this which may be useful

Post-break 5K
I also had the most applicable soundtrack ever - at the highpoint of the run,
adrenaline
rushing, bounding from rock to rock like the afore mentioned deer and 'Don't stop believing' by Journey was playing, followed immediately by exhaustion, lead legs and then 'Turn around, every now and then...' by

Week 3 run 1 YES, YES, Yes!!! I've only gone and done it.
The first 3 mins were soooooo hard and with only 90 secs walking recovery I started to doubt that I would beable to run for the next 5 mins but I slowed my pace a bit and gritted my teeth and just went for it.I was so elated at having done it
adrenaline
spurred me on to complete the run.I was so pleased

Feeling of heart stopping
I get a surge of
adrenaline
that feels like it restarts my heart. Although I get the surge of
adrenaline
followed by extreme nervousness and what feels like I'm dying, my heart does not start beating fast, but feels as if it slowly restarts and stays slow.

Get rid of aches and pains
It must of been caused by
adrenaline
. I am currently on 4 mg of pred. So if you don't want pain from reducing pred then have a disaster!!!

Can dose increases be sped up?
Is helped a bit but I'm now getting lots of
adrenaline
rushes/numb limbs face/anxiety I think. People keep saying 75mcg is a low dose, but GP wanted to start at 50 and then went up to this. I can't wait another month and go through all of this anymore.

Air hunger now a serious problem now on oxygen!!
For the past year I've been getting more and more breathless. I ended up in hospital with suspected heart failure, but the cardiologist said my heart wasn't too bad for my age of 74 years. Waiting for pulmonary tests and to see a neurologist. I am on 20mcu T3 and 125mcu T4 . Same dose for over 10

I asked at the hosptal re the
adrenaline
as I had been told in the past not to have this type of injection and was told by the Dr it is ok for somebody with AF to be given them.

All seems a bit fishy to me
Perhaps my new doctor's theory of being an
adrenaline
junkie and it being good for healing is true... but I digress. My reading this week has been around how diet and nutrition can help with post concussion recovery.

New dentist
Today I had an appointment with the new dentist.. within the first 2 mins I knew It was going to be ok. He took my form, brought my meds up, mentioned the adrenalin and told me I have highlighted the AF and adrenalin in 3 places so nobody misses it. That was all before I mentioned my previous experience

I still have the terrible
adrenaline
surges and the dreadful dizziness. And so on. Disappointed? Oh yeah. Enraged too. After seeing so many doctors and having so many tests, it has come down to assurances that all I've been feeling is really just a mild thing.

Hello I'm new here. I have panic disorder and GAD, advice?
I was taking my fiance' back to the airport when all the sudden I got a surge of
adrenaline
and depression. I lost all feeling in my right arm, eye, and leg. I went to the ER. The doctors told me I was severely dehydrated and was having a panic attack.

a question to those of you who have successfully recovered from adrenal fatigue
The information out there is contradictory and confusing to say the least...some say adrenal cortex only is better as it does not contain
adrenaline
, while others claim that adrenal cortex is only likely to work during the early stages of adrenal fatigue, but that whole glandular is required later on

Sulphites?
Hi I am in the middle of a bit of a flare up. On my third course of pred in a row. I also take symbicort 400 montelukast and antihistamine. I carry adrenalin for nut allergy. I'm really struggling with oilseed rape and struggling to spend any time outside. As I have always had food triggers that we have

Blood test results - can you offer help
I had to change my adrenal support from Nutri Adrenal (due to bad
adrenaline
surges); moved to Thorne Ace and was having to take such quantities, I switched to Hydrocortisone which was suggested by Dr Peatfield initially but my gut was too messy.

Game of Thrones
At the risk of sounding very foolish - I'm going to run this by you anyway. Briefly, my hypoT history is that I had a parathyroidectomy and hemithroidectomy a little over a year ago. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome in 2005, which, so far as I have learned with research, probably means

It just shows show how powerful
adrenaline
is or how the body can adapt somehow. I can be quite tired but if you have something you want to do you can forget the tiredness or it goes. If this makes sense. So what I feel is keep looking for something that you will enjoy and go for it.

Effect of certain foods on blood glucose level.
Caffeine Many studies have suggested that caffeine increases insulin resistance and stimulates the release of
adrenaline
. Personally, I know that if I have a cup of coffee, I’ll see at least a 20-30 mg/dl rise in blood glucose, particularly in the morning when I’m more insulin resistant.

Nutri Adrenal Extra (NAX)......Help with Arthritis
I have been taking x 2 daily, but have become more anxious therefor, I am going to try a different product (without as much
adrenaline
in). However, Taking these tablets (x 2 per day) really did help my Arthritis..........I am taking one NAX per day now...) but my Arthritis is not too good.
