Medical miscarriage - is it safe to take again for the 2nd time? Any long term effects?
Hi, I’m having a horrible week and have misoprostol tablets to take tonight to help my miscarriage. I had them a couple of years ago, and obviously it’s just dawned on me whether it’s safe to have them again, and if there’s any long term effects which would stop me getting/staying pregnant? Feel very

Hi All, Anyone had situations where if they have maybe had more than a couple of drinks they have experienced palpitation type symptoms the next couple of days or so? Had a stent fitted October 202 0after a HA, been OK mainly since, on the usual mix of medication and normal alcohol consumption

I saw the recent post about coming off Bisoprolol and Isosorbide. I’m on 10mg of Bisoprolol and 100mg of Isosorbide, the isosorbide was increased from 40mg daily to 100mg about 2 months ago. I felt fine at first, but in the last 2 weeks have found it harder to walk very far, and never up slight inclines

Exercise and moderately leaky aortic valve
Morning all, happy Sunday! I’d just like to ask, as some of you may know, I have a moderately leaky aortic valve. (Had a stent fitted to fix a 90% blockage in LAD last Nov). I only found out about the valve issue in March this year so will have annual echo’s from now on. Of course have been focussing

Can you feel your heart post CABG
Hi all I’ve been for a stress test today on the treadmill and the same happened as it did the other day when I tried to go for my first hill walk on the local hills by us. I started off fine but as the gradient increased my heart rate obviously increased but the rate wasn’t massive around 110 the problem

I had a knee replacement a year ago. It went well, except my doctor took me off my Tramadol, 100 mg/3 per day, while keeping me on my 100 mg, 3x/day Pregabalin—it works well together. Instead he had me on 5 mg of Oxycodone every 4 hours. He thought the Oxycodone would an effective substitute for the

no in person appointments post transplant
I was released from the hospital after my transplant on 5/17/22. All of my appointments with the transplant team have been either video appointments or telephone appointments. My only in person appointment was the stent removal, but I don't count that. Does it seem weird that they have never laid

Leg Claudication
Does anyone else have issues with leg pain when walking. I am trying to walk a mile a day and always have leg pain. I suspect peripheral artery disease. Is Peripheral artery disease a part of GCA/PMR?

Off Baricitinib and knee replacement
Hi I'm feeling tearful. I've been off Baricitinib for one week yesterday as I'm having a total knee replacement next Wednesday 13th (I had my left knee and hip replaced in 2018 before being diagnosed) and had to use walking sticks since. Already my feet and ankles are swollen and it's painful to

LAD Bypassed then Native LAD Stented
Hello just wondering if anyone else has had this procedure. My LAD was bypassed in 2015 and in 2018 was stented through the bypass to increase the blood flow. After some real shortness of breath on exertion and arm pain my Cardiologist carried out an Angiogram to see what was going on. He decided
