Stiff shoulder and neck pain
I Posted a while ago about this debilitating pain in my shoulders and neck.I’ve had a 6 week physio course and pay privately from massage,
acupuncture
, guy sha and magnet therapy. Although both these help, I’m now in such pain it’s affecting my day to day life, not to mention my mood.

Tried most everything
I have tried
acupuncture
and am considering hypnosis. Has anyone tried that? Also, it helps to listen to music with earbuds at bedtime to relax and Grateful Dead music does help. The meds I take mess with my mind and I have such a hard time thinking of the things I need to say or do.

Hip / Leg Pain
Years ago I had
acupuncture
- first visit 100% relief for about 2 days. Never have had that much success since. What kind of doctor should I go see about this? Orthopedics hasn't been helpful.

After two osteopath sessions and one acupuncture session...
I might tell the osteopath that I've given up
acupuncture
because I'd like to have osteopath therapy twice a week for a time.

Acupuncture has really helped
I have rls and peripheral neuropathy, which means awful sleep and waking constantly with restless legs and hands swollen and tingly. 2 days ago I had
acupuncture
with a knowledgeable Chinese lady. I’ve had two great nights sleep and my fingers felt normal in the morning.

Anyone else have no issues with periods? (fatigue, back pain, high iron)
I lead a healthy lifestyle and have tried everything that is supposed to help (diet, meditation, yoga, physio,
acupuncture
, chiropractor, rest) which does to a certain extent but I'm still only living half a life. My periods are, I would say, fairly 'normal'.

IBS & Interstitial Cystitis
I’ve spent so much money on prescriptions, everything you guys have suggested, FODMAP ingredients (food is not an issue for me), doctors that don’t take insurance,
acupuncture
, books and the list goes on. I’ve had all the tests and scans as well. Nothing helps!

Vitex agnus castus - any advice?
Hi lovely ladies, My acupuncturist advised I try agnus castus to help balance my hormones and lengthen my luteal phase. She suggested holland and barrett as its such a tiny dose and didnt think i needed much. Its weird because it says on the packet ‘do not use if trying ti get pregnant’ but she said

Do you know I’d give my right arm.
Tried the docs and the hospital,
acupuncture
, and helpless tablets B12, Zinc, Magnesium, you name it I’ve tried it. So I’m left with myself and my hearing aids. Yes I would give my right arm to get rid, i truly would. But Hey yes it’s hell but so what I’m NOT going to let this sh-t get me down.
