Bells Palsy Newcomers recommendations
I did
acupuncture
, and Physical Therapy. I remember the pain. It was horrible, it felt like a cramp that wouldn’t go away for hours.

Ideas for pain in your hands and fingera
The consultant also recommended hydro yuans
acupuncture
, neither of which I’ve tried. And pacing myself which is far easier said that done as I’m sure you all know only too well. Don’t really notice much of a difference!

Integrative? Success with supplements - food choices prolonging remission?
My doc labels himself 'integrative' and he even has
acupuncture
available during chemo. I like that. Thanks if you have any info to share.

Can strong cleaning chemicals hinder success rates?
My embryo transfer happened last Tuesday 18th Feb and during that time, I'm trying to keep my mind busy whilst remaining healthy and positive. Anxiety is back 😫
I cant afford
acupuncture
again, I've even taken up bloody knitting to stop me using my phone at night! I've come off all social media, I'm wondering whether to use the mindful IVF app again to help me sleep. Any other ideas would be very welcome. This is soooo crappy and unfair. Thank you xx

Microscopic Endometriosis/Adenomyosis
I try natural things for my pain like following a GF, vegan diet and am looking into reflexology and
acupuncture
, but it feels like nothing helps. Has anyone been diagnosed with microscopic Endo or Adenomyosis?

Accupuncture for Tinnitus
Hi Has anyone tried accupuncture for their tinnitus ? Yesterday I visited a Chinese clinic and had accupuncture for my severe Tinnitus and insomnia . I have just recently tried an anti depressant for 9 days but stopped it as I felt it was making things worse. The thing was I slept better last night

Has anyone here tried acupuncture or a ketogenic diet to help with their symptoms?
I don’t fully understand this article but I’ve been reading a lot about how a ketogenic diet may help with some neurological conditions. http://m.jlr.org/content/55/11/2211.full

6dp5t... 2nd round and feeling a little lonely
I haven’t posted much this time round.. as i think I’m on the path of keeping distracted and trying not to focus too much. This is my second transfer, and heading into week 2 of the tww I’m losing patience and faith. Last time I went back to work in the 2nd week but this time I’m doing everything different

Advice on getting successful ivf
Last time I tried
acupuncture
but cannot afford to do this again, so have signed up to 'Head Space' to help get that relaxing element. Anything else I should try? Any foods or vitamins I should be taking (apart from folic acid) ? Thanks Vikki

Xeralto and side effects ?
I am going to have
acupuncture
for the gallstones, but am a bit worried geneally now about whether I should stop the Xarelto. My GP does do annual blood tests to check dosage, but thats all, and nobody has mentioned any adverse things about the drug.

acupuncture
, reflexology, additional protein, a hysterscopy which showed no adhesions and now tamoxifen.

new - need help
Tried Physio, hypnotherapy,
acupuncture
, painkillers, you name it no joy, so paid to see a rheumatologist. Long story short , had me on steroids for a year (polymyalgia). Then took me off them. Said no. It was fibromyalgia. Referred me back to GP.
