QoL: Moonrise at a liminal place No. 2
My apologies if any of this does not make sense; I am still high on
Abstral
and seeing the world through cloudy lenses.

Late as usual: "Moonrise at Sunset"
But such is my right leg that I am taking opioid painkillers called
Abstral
to keep it dulled enough for me to carry out my daily chores (I am the household cook, for example). These tablets are making the world very fuzzy and two dimensional.

That is not helped by my taking sublingual opioids (
Abstral
) for pain in my pelvis. Perusal of the x-ray by both me and the consultant concluded that the sequestrum was in no way related to my cancer, but to a much earlier tooth extraction that left part of the root in place.

QoL: "The berries remain, though the leaves are gone."
I shall discuss it with my palliative care nurse when I see her on Friday, and in the meantime be taking sublingual painkillers (
Abstral
) to help me cope with it. I see no point in waiting for pain to develop and then trying to play catch-up as it keeps ahead of my painkillers.

Need advice on diet and exercise
I am feeling very down today. I had an appointment with Endo specialist yesterday and was told I am on the highest priority for my laparoscopy in Wales to treat my frozen pelvis. As the top tier of patients waiting for this treatment is now so long(due to covid, etc) I will hopefully have my treatment

Advice
Hello, hope everyone is having a good day so far. I need some advice, so my depression fluctuates continuously (as most of you must know) and sometimes days are really bad where I can’t leave my room and then I have some good days when I’m okay. But I’m getting tired and it’s affecting my academic performance

Lustral (sertraline) 5Omg and diazepam 2mg
So I finally spoke to my doctor yesterday about meds for my anxiety and low moods and she's gave me lustral 5Omg and diazepam 2mg. After having read the leaflets for the lustral I'm white worried about taking them, the side effects seem major. Anybody taken these before, what was your experience like

Anxiety- lustral 50mg and propranolol 10mg agoraphobia
Hi everyone. I had my gallbladder removed in May 2016. I had to stay in my house for a while as I was unwell. Over time I began to get more anxious about going out but felt the fear and did it anyway. (Once or twice a week). Around October 2016 o became super anxious and stopped going out for a while

I have created a regime for myself that keeps me going. 5mg of prednisone Oxycodine for breakthrough pain with a sublingual
abstral
(when gets above 8), plus the use of a spray, but to be honest the spray is a last result, it tends to make my head spin, have enough of that with the vertigo........

Newbie hoping for some advice
I've had every test, tried very diet and drug imaginable, seen GI and Pain Management people and am currently on
Abstral
(Fentanyl) tablets since the start of 2015 as a last resort because they are the fastest absorbed painkiller that I can give myself at home.
