Ringworm skin problems
I have been suffering from ringworm for about a year. They are mostly near the side of the cheek, near the beard and near the ear. I have used many medicines and creams, but when I stop the medicine, it comes out again. How to stop at once?

Moderna and Merck Melanoma Vaccine
Knowing we have a much greater risk of Melanoma figured I’d share this news: “Moderna's messenger RNA vaccine is being studied in combination with Merck's Keytruda to treat patients with high-risk melanoma, the deadliest form skin cancer, in a phase 2 trial.” Link to an article about Moderna and

Is it too late for Triplet Therapy? (4 months on Elligard already.).
Switching to Dr. Dorff from old MO. First appointment on 12/28. Hoping to get Triplet Therapy that old MO basically said no to. That MO also dragged out any treatment beyond initial Elligard injection for two months waiting for a bone biopsy that she ultimately ignored the results of. Anyways, diagnosed

Pain after TURP
I underwent a TURP about 2 weeks ago. This was after having total urine retention, and subsequently living with a Foley catheter for 7 months. I had a Suprabupic catheter put in when under with the TURP, and lucky they did, as so far I still haven't any sort of normal urinary function. The question

UTI’s
Hello, I have had 3 or 4 UTI’s since visiting Zagreb in May 2022. I had ‘retention’ of Approx 2000ml when a catheter was fitted. I have had a ‘TURP’ prostate operation in November 2022 and I am now trying to a) reduce the blood in my pee and b) the number of times in the day that I have to go. The Doctor

Don’t be fooled into thinking that Sunbeds are safe!
‼️ DON’T BE FOOLED INTO THINKING THAT SUNBEDS ARE SAFE: Sunbed use is bad news at any age and dramatically increases the risk of both melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer. They are classed as a group 1 carcinogen - the highest cancer risk category. AND the younger you are and more often you use them

Interrupting Acalabrutinib for a minor surgery
Acalabrutinib seems to increase the patient's propensity to bruising / bleeding even more, on the top of the already low platelet count. So it needs to be stopped before and after a minor skin surgery. Have any of you been in a similar situation, and if yes - how long was your interruption ?

cellulitis
I have cellulitis in my right arm, post operative lymphoedema ( 9 years ago) first time. Swelling, heaviness and pain don’t seem to be getting any better after a week of antibiotic. Wondered if there is anything else I can do to get rid of it. Awaiting an appointment with the clinic but no idea when

scans after chemo looking promising
Diagnosed with low PSA - a Turp surgery biopsy diagnosed Gleason 9, scans showed spread to pelvic lymph nodes. Lupron and Zytiga for 6 months, and then scans showed spread to cervical lymph nodes. Only 6 months to castrate resistant. Just finished 4th round of Chemo (Dox with Carboplatin) Scans

High Eosinophils in PCa
Anyone else with regualrly high eosiniphils? My eosinophils have been elevated for at least two years. Most of the times I brought that up with several different doctors they all just said "it's probably allergies" and dismissed it. One doctor tested for parasites (Endolimax nana trophozoites) and
