vitiligo around the eyes. 8y old girl

Hi there Very excited to join. My daughter has two skin conditions. She has this little white spot since 2017. It disappeared in 2018 and comes back around this year. The spot now is getting bigger and spreading around her knees feet. Seen by many specialists and they confirm its vitiligo. I disagree

Just be aware

Had dental work last week - thorough cleaning under my gums. Felt a mite uncomfortable once the anaesthetic wore off but put that down to the multitude of injections. However, yesterday woke up with acute pain that got worse during the day. No doubt I have an abscess - too early to speak to the Dentist

UV exposure damage

‼ If you could see the damage you’ve already done due to UV exposure, would it change your sun protection habits? Would you check your skin monthly for the early warning signs? This image, taken with a special UV camera, show’s UV damage to the skin (on the left) that’s invisible to the naked eye.

Sun beds are classed as a Group 1 Carcinogen!

First real night sweat

Hi All, I have just had my first introduction to a medium night sweat, having been diagnosed in June 2018. Being an 'Olympic Class Worrier', I am off course panicking. Can anyone enlighten me as to what this means in real terms. Should I wait until my next Hemo Check up, before I mention this to my

CLL and Skin Cancer

My mum was diagnosed in 2008. Fast forward to now, she is currently on Ibrutinib which has been a journey in itself. She has been on it now for nearly 2 years. So in 2020/2021 she developed SCC on her nose. That was treated with RT. And now it has been found on her kidney. For that she is on W&W. Is
