A Quick Starters Guide To Being Healthy (MYP 5 Service as Action Project)
Hello everyone, me and I my friends have compiled some research, that can help you become healthy. The last part about healthy food stores is focused around the area we live in (Ostrava, Czech Republic) however, the rest should be universal. I hope you find this helpful. What does it mean to be healthy

Help with results..
Hi, recently had some bloods taken with blue horizon for thyroid. I have been treated recently with b12 injections as I had levels of 362. After the injections I have had more stamina but still generally feel unwell. The doctors have slapped the label on me of having ME but just wandered if anyone could

blue horizon thyroid bloods, feedback rapturously received!
Greetings, I wonder if I might possibly trouble any of you awesome self-empowering endocrinal autodidacts for feedback on my thyroid bloods from Blue Horizon? The range is different but essentially it's the same story as the NHS bloods, that my TSH is elevated to a clinically significant but not extraordinary

Vitamin A with levothyroxine
Has anyone else here found the need to supplement with vitamin A whilst titrating up on levothyroxine? It makes my eyes so dry and affects my eyesight. I often get acne and this titrating up levothyroxine. The First Time On it my cornea cracked. Has anyone else here found vitamin A helpful? I'm paranoid

~PMR flare & or rampant tendonitis?~
My recent drop (last Sunday) was miniscule as had my meds made up in
a
slightly lower dose of 2.5mg to 2mg (
hydrocort
). I have
a
Cipro history + related tendonitis & wonder if this is a slight flare or indeed added tendonitis in lots of the places known to those on steroids for a length of time.

The Connection Between B12 Deficiency and Hypothyroidism (Post 3)
When the inactive T4 thyroxine reaches the liver, it must be converted to the active form T3. To achieve this the mineral Selenium is needed. Selenium is not very common in European soils and food-deficiencies are not unusual. If there is a selenium deficiency the liver converts the T4 to REVERSE

VITAMIN DEFICIENCY with reference to B12, also PPI's
[Poster's comment:- The precise details given in this article regarding the physiological mechanisms involved in the transport and absorption of B12 are over-simplified; as far as IL patients are concerned. In particular there is a counter argument suggesting that the surgical reduction in the number
