Week 2 done... and 5x50 started.

Did the third repeat of podcast 2 outdoors today... felt a bit stupid a couple of times, especially when passing a restaurant still full of people having their Easter Sunday lunch at 4 p.m.... Not sure what I prefer, indoors or out...

Am using S&F as one of my options for the 5x50 challenge. :-)

you get used to feeling a bit stupid, at least you are fit !! what is 5 x 50 challenge?

The 5x50 challenge is to run/walk/cycle 5km each day for 50 days. Other forms of exercise also count, including S&F here. :-)

That's brave,doing s and f whilst passing a restaurant! When I'm out with our dog I tend to pause my routine if I see someone coming!
