Today I have hooped and done my wall press ups.
I even managed three rotations of the hoop, which is a big increase from Saturday which was only one. Hehe still spending more time picking it up than hooping with it but it is going to be really interesting to see how many I can do at the end of six weeks.
Next session to be done sometime in the next three days.😀.
