But here is the PRANA Journey, so feel free to post your reflections on this journey by replying to this post.
Day 1: Hubby and I decided to do this one, still keeping it easy and nose tissues close by. But it was the perfect way to start a new year, specifically as we both felt still to weak to do a run or a walk. (Later, we did manage to head outside for a 10 min Rope Flow, but the cold had us both wheezing quite soon)
PRANA yoga feels like it’s all about breath and coordinating your movements to breathing. This seemed a very healing session for the period of recovering from a flu which affects the lungs.
Day 5 done too ✅😁that elbow plank and other poses did what I could, still enjoyed especially the lion breath, that made me smile, lovely way to start, now for a coffee
I'm so glad that she did this as I knew I'd really miss her 30 day January journey. It's been especially useful for me as I'm trying to get back into the daily exercise routine ( plus there's no chance of running this week due to ice and snow)
I'm pleased to report all 8 days done and I loved it. The connection of movement and breath I find is so important really helping to slow things down.
I've saved all 8 videos and plan to repeat them starting today ☺️🧘♀️
