Strength & Flex with frozen shoulder

I had a look at the S&F podcasts when I started C25K. Thought it would be good to do on my rest days. However I am very restricted due to a frozen shoulder. Some are virtually impossible for me to do and others I have to improvise. I have joined a gym now and doing other exercise but would like to increase my flexibility. Has anyone else had to cope with this? Any suggestions?
