Inspired by Oldfloss and her recent post I thought I would give my local outside gym a little try ššŖš With Squiggy safely tied to the fence I had a go at five of the exercises. Started on the cross-trainer (I quite like those) then the bike - but it needed oiling so the pedals were difficult to move and squeaky š Next the āchest pressā, and āseated rowā (that was hard). I like the āleg pressesā the best - quite relaxing š. Not very energetic or long but as the saying goesā¦.every little helps!

Dog walk AND strength work!

Awesome! I wish I had an outdoor gym near me!
Sounds great š

looks like youāve got an outside gym in more private field settings! Great stuff!
Our outside gym is in full view of - and alongside - a centre town Asda car park, so it feels quite public. Something I really dislike.
Therefore, I like my private rower so much more. But in Germany you find some outdoor gym stuff (often less tech, more wooden) in forest paths away from the masses, and loads of people do them whilst walking on the path. A bit more private, as well.

Absolutely well done you,,, and Squiggy for being so patient too! This sounds just right.. seizing the opportunity and fitting it in with a walk too.
All the shorts sessions build up and are making small but significant differences. x
