Hi everyone, Just stopping by to let you all know how it's going. I'm on podcast three now and can hardly believe I'm half way through. I'm getting much more out of this as I'm going along, I'm noticing my posture improving and I've had no problem with my back or my slightly dodgy left ankle since I've started Strength and Flex, so it is helping my running enourmously. Also I'm getting in to the rhythm of things. At first I thought it seemed soooo slow after the running but now I realise that is the point. I'm really relaxing into those stretches. Great after a long day at work! How are you all getting on?

How ya doing Pelephnat? I've just started back after quite a break. I managed to over train and ended up with a longer gap than intended. It would be nice to know I'm not alone out here, lol.
