getting there...

..just wanted to say that I'm really enjoying the program. If it wasn't for the structured approach I wouldn't be out exercising on my running 'off' days. So thank you NHS for making this program. Its the perfect complement to running and a great mood enhancer.

I go to an exercise class once a week that does some similar exercises so I've built in two days of S&F into my week. Stupidly did an S&F session plus class on same day in week 1 - wont be doing that again - it was sore!

I found week 1 straightforward, week2 I found the squats more difficult but I've stuck with it and it definitely got easier. i'm now on week3 and that has moved up a gear. I love the pull-ups using railings - I feel like a 5 year old again.

I'm looking forward to those pull up too. I use the kids playground for the exercises so I really will be like a kid again. ;-)

Aren't they great! I do that bit next to a toddlers play area so I get puzzled looking 3 year olds watching me.
