Hi CBCD and S&F friends, I've been admiring my graduate badge for 10 days now, I've decided to continue with level5 until I find another podcast which I enjoy. I don't really enjoy exercising infront of a screen, probably because I already knock up an incredible number of hours infront of my PC. I've never enjoyed running so I'm not even considering C25K 🙀 I'm still enjoying being coached by Laura , I still do my trieps kick backs when she's doing the bench dips because I need to stay in the bedroom for the "wide pull ups", I add my 10! Yep 10 benchdips on at the very end, before the triceps stretch. 💪 I'm so proud of the whole thing.
I hope everyone is enjoying whatever they've chosen to do, life's too short to just keep plodding on.

Yeah, it would be good to have some more exercise podcast workouts like the S&F podcasts. I did it outside in our garden, so it was also better than having a video to follow.
And I also returned to week 5 S&F for quite some time. It’s a great all-round strength and flexibility session.
