My mum has two replacement knees and lacks confidence. She needs to lose weight so I suggested she try some of these podcasts, but I didn't want to give her false expectations. Do you think she will be able to manage the strength and flexibility series all the way through?

Yes, absolutely. The plan is designed for beginners with no prior exercise experience. The exercises are easy to follow and quite gentle to begin with. Your mum can chose to stay on podcast one for as long as she likes and move up to podcast two when she feels ready.
