Yoga with Adriene dropped a great little 22min workout a couple of weeks ago, named simply MORNING MOBILITY, and it looks like a fabulous little workout:

I haven’t tried it yet but it is on my weekend todo list, as I love the flexibility and mobility focussed yoga workouts from YWA.
