I needed a quick upper body workout to fit in after my yoga session, and wanted one with dumbbells, so looked towards classic Bodyfit with Amy.

15 min on a chair with a set of weights, and my back feels great!

this looks good, thanks for posting. Things rather stressful at the moment and exercise of any sort has been out of the window (Mum in hospital 😕), a short simply routine like this is great. Could even do this sitting watching mum sleep !
