So this (see pic) is what happened in our household this morning….. or something like it. The picture is AI generated, but yes, we - a 50s something couple - were showing off our one-leg balancing skills!

It would have looked quite different 5 years ago, before I started running and strength&flexing. (Maybe I should get AI on THAT!)

Anyone else caught some funny moments in their S&F life?

I found a new one leg balance exercise this week and was proudly in the midst when I heard my lady, I called her in to see how awesome I was and she walked in ... with the neighbours, who were also very impressed! 😂
