I think it must have been 2 years since we last did the 30-day James Dunne Challenge. It was great, but I do like the shorter challenges much more. So 7-days hits my sweet spot!
For anyone wanting to join me, I’ll be starting this next Friday (23rd Feb), just in time to get our 7 days all done and dusted by end of February season, in time for S&F’s Pilates March Matness!
