Day 4!!! And I just had a quick peak at the video, and yes, today the focus will be around the top end of the movement: the strong running man position!

So let your leg come high, your glutes push through, let your running man be strong! (Ooohh… sorry … running person!)

Upwards and onwards! Day 4 here we come!

And if you’re just joining us, jump into our Time Machine and meet us at the start of this 7-day challenge at healthunlocked.com/strength...

oh dear! Have some peeps fallen off our collective mat? Or just forgotten to post, like me?

Here’s a late roll call:    Hedgehogs123    Annieapple    Wavy-chick28 @GTFC    skysue16    Gthants     Hobbitfan    SueAppleRun   RunningJ123    skysue16    Wine    chrisl72    Cowladyrunning

And I’ve done them this morning as a warmup before my morning run, and it really works well like that!

Good morning CBDB 🙋‍♀️Unfortunately I’ve fallen off the collective mat. I’m afraid it’s not doing it for me. I do stretch before and after runs. Big apologies CBDB🙁🙁x

No apologies needed! Well done for trying! Well, you got to know the running man move, and if you ever feel you need to strengthen your glutes a bit more, it’s here.

Happy running!

🍏Still here but very far behind with repeats! Glutes are feeling less painful though🤣

That’s great to hear! They certainly shouldn’t be in pain. But it demonstrates an area we probably use less. Well done!

Yes, it’s quick enough to integrate in any warmups, and once we finish with the challenge, I can decide if I need 5 every day or 10 😳🔥🦵💪🏽!

Like you, I like the simplicity and effectiveness. A true S&F hack! 😃 Or snack? 😁

Well done. Me too. Balance is still an issue for me. But that’s ok! 👍🏽
