My husband, who has been hearing me talk about our awesome group, led by Beatlesforever , and working our way through the James Dunne 30-day challenge, sat up the other day in the evening, looked at me, and asked: “So what do I do if I want to do the 30-day challenge?”
He had joined me on day #1 but had immediately fallen off the program. To be fair, he’s so fit; it’s not the program that will be a challenge for him, but rather getting the tech sorted to access every day’s session and videos and then keeping at it without our brilliant community.
And as we know, this community is so good at keeping us all motivated; I thought I’d put all of @Beatlesforever posts in one post, with the original sign-up link, for future workout-buddies to join the various days and read how we felt on that day. This way, we can keep this challenge going for those who come after us.
So here it is for our future, fellow workout-buddies (from us here in the present, or rather your past 😵💫⏳). And well done to you for starting it!
