Last week of our 5Rhythm challenge! I’ve had to take it slowly, due to a pulled calf muscle, but have still enjoyed a bit of dancing and movement, even one leg donning a cold pack. A bit of movement can’t be bad!
But this week we’re continuing with expanding our 5Rhythm practice into standard length dances with the original voice and music of Gabrielle Roth.
