First time I did a tabata session on a rower!

High intensity.

20 sec sprint

10 sec rest

Repeat 8 times

3 min Rest

20 sec sprint

10 sec rest

Repeat 8 times

3 min Rest

20 sec sprint

10 sec rest

Repeat 8 times

Then relax! Or collapse! Don’t forget stretching.
