Workout 1
30 sec jog on spot
jog on spot punch straight x2 x4 x6 x4 x2
Jog on spot punch up x2 x4 x6 x4 x2
Jog on spot punch to side x2 x4 x6 x4 x2
10 jumping Jack's
10 squats
Jog on spot 10 secs slow, 10 sec fast repeat for 40 secs
Repeat 3 times (1min rest between sets)
**When punching out put effort into them. Quickly out and quickly back in**
**When jogging on spot try to stay on toes**
Workout 2
1min jog on spot
30 sec high knees (on spot)
jog on spot punch straight x2 x4 x6 x8 x10 x8 x6 x4 x2
Jog on spot punch up x2 x4 x6 x8 x10 x8 x6 x4 x2
Jog on spot punch to side x2 x4 x6 8 x10 x8 x6 x4 x2
Squat then punch straight x2 x4 x6 x8 x10 x8 x6 x4 x2
Squat then punch up x2 x4 x6 x8 x10 x8 x6 x4 x2
Jog (keep on toes) punch forward
10 sec slow, 10 sec fast repeat for 40 secs
Jog (keep on toes) punch upper cuts
10 sec slow, 10 sec fast repeat for 40 secs
Repeat 6 times (1 min rest between sets)
**When punching out put effort into them. Quickly out and quickly back in**
**Squats should be straight down and explode as quick as possible up**
**When jogging on spot try to stay on toes**
