We did it! We pulled, pushed and lifted ourselves through 24 Resistance Band exercises, exploring various ways these can be used, whilst attending that tiny little bit to our everyday need for strengthening and stretching.
WELL DONE, EVERYONE!!!
And even if we didn’t manage to follow every move perfectly (I didn’t), just the attempt will have exercised and strengthened some muscles that little bit more!
So thank you so much for joining me on this Resistmas journey (e.g. Resistance Band at Christmas, name coined by @oldfloss, ).
It has been great! And it certainly prepared us for a few days of Christmas glutton! 😀🌲🎄🤶🎅🧑🎄🫣
Hope to see everyone on these forums in 2023!
Have a wonderful Christmas break and …
Keep on keeping on!

Thanks CBDB I love the name Resistmas! I really enjoyed the challenges and they added a bit of variety to my rehab exercises. Thankfully I’ve now completed the rehab and can run again (at least for 20 mins) so I’ll carry on these in some form or other as well as strength exercises to keep me running! Happy Christmas! 🎄🤶🥳

That’s brilliant to hear! And getting out there running will feel so good! 💪👍🏽🏃🏼🧑🎄🎁
Thank you so much for leading us through Resistmas, CBDB ! I, too, very much enjoyed it and am plotting for something similar with the Periodic Table of Running Drills. At least in my head... And then there's March Matness... I will see if I can find some instructions with variations as some of the traditional 34 Pilates Mat exercises are rather challenging (and possibly dangerous if not done correctly...). marchmatness.com/
