Yoga and a row!

Yoga in the morning and a 10k row in the afternooon!

Summer Sunday Lazy (?) Workout Days! Maybe not so lazy, but it felt like a lovely leisurely day, starting with early morning yoga in the garden, a bit of gardening until our current guests joined us for an outside late breakfast, and once I had the house to myself I embarked on a 10k (indoor) row (with a Zwift group).

My plan is to fit in a 10k row every weekend to keep my longer distances up. My 10k best time also improved from a average pace of 2:57 (500 average meter split time) to 2:55.

I used an amended Concept2 row with intervals, changing spm every 500m, 24 spm, 26 spm, 24 and back to 26. Then 2 min recovery. And repeat until 10k.

So pretty happy! My back is also very happy. My knees are amazingly happy!

Keep on working out, everyone!
