Thanks to @jinnty89 ‘s recent post about workouts for those who struggle to kneel or get down to the floor and up again, I’m gathering all links that were posted to keep them in our library under targeted/injury.
Over the time I’ve been on the forum, this request does come up regularly, whether due to injury to knees or legs or health conditions such as osteoarthritis.
The first suggestion will always be to seek specialist help; often, a physiotherapist will have the best solutions and ones personalised to one’s capabilities and health issues. I have found trips to a physiotherapist often so much more helpful than a trip to a GP, and they seem to know so much about muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones, which is so important for us Strength&Flex-ers.
For our library/topic folders, where this list will sit, see healthunlocked.com/strength...
And our folder with all targeted workouts, also for those on the injury couch, is at healthunlocked.com/strength...
