My weather app is telling me that for the latter half of the next week there might be more snow and ice on the way. Last time this happened, the slippery conditions stopped me running for ca 10 days, so to be prepared for the next icy spell I had looked out some indoor walking workouts to keep me going without breaking any legs in outdoor icy conditions!
I did one of these several weeks ago, but all others are new. I am somehow hoping I don’t need these, as I definitely like running outside even in rainy, muddy squelchy weather. But they might come in handy for anyone needing to rely on indoor workouts.
There are only four instructors I’m putting forward, but each one of them has some choices for walking workouts that hopefully will provide some flexibility in terms of time available and personal preferences.
And if any of us virtual workout bodies have our own recommendations for indoor walking workouts, leave them in the replies and I’ll add them to the list with credits! We can slowly build up a list of favourites.
