Hubby and I just did the 30 min YWA session for beginners, which dropped just a few days ago.
It’s a great session that still gives you a workout. It does that by ensuring you stay long enough in those down dogs or warrior or lunge poses to make your legs just start to shake. But it also talks you through each pose, making sure you focus on the right position of hips and legs and ankles. And of course always the breath!
So it’s quite thorough, but with a medium intensity, giving both established yogis a refocus on the little things and new yogis a focus on getting the poses and transitions right from the start.
Worthwhile adding to your number of workouts, and revisit it once in a while, just to get reminded how to do things ‘right’!
