10 minute walking workout

Lots of big mountains days in North Wales last week so having a couple of rest/cross days (gentle walks, strength and stretching). Found this video -

I have done some of these Fabulous 50's exercise routines before. I like the presentation of her videos and her maxim 'Have fun......taking life too seriously makes you age!' I jogged during the walking sections and held weights for some of the exercises. 10 mins was just about right for me. I did some standing press-ups first thing this morning and will do some stretches later today plus some planks.
