Morning, I've been running since the beginning of April (C25K) and haven't done any 'extra' training outside of running. Now I'm doing longer runs, I thought I'd better look into S&F - no idea what to expect but nice to see some familiar names over here!

The NHS Strength and Flexibility podcasts starts very gentle and progresses in little steps, kind of like C25k did for running. But it surprised me how much you progress in those five weeks. 💪👍🏽👏
