Does anyone know any stretches for the back just got in from run and in between shoulder blades hurts like hell feels it needs stretching

Eagle pose, and cat-cow, from yoga are good for stretching that area.
Also try standing, interlacing your fingers and stretching straight arms right out in front of you as far as you can, head forward stretching the neck and rounding the shoulders. Counter-stretch by interlacing your fingers behind your back, stretching straight arms behind, bring shoulder blades closer together, head back. This is sort of like a standing (or you could do it seated on a stool) cat-cow, so it's useful if you're not good with kneeling 😊
