My granddaughter really wanted to do an exercise class and asked me if i would go with her, well i didn’t fancy zumba or aerobics but i found this which incorporates a lot of bouncing around, a dance routine and then stretch so along we went.
Lots of bouncing on our feet then oh my goodness press ups, then a dance routine which was great fun, then stretch, planks, lunge and hold, bend and stretch and hold, it was fantastic and doing some strength and flex helped me keep up 😀
