The 21 Day Stretch Quest wk 2/7 - Feel free to join

The stretch Quest starts tomorrow

It will be a 21 stretch day quest. You can do 3-7 days a week depending on your ability. Just tick off the days and complete 21. When you have finished there will be a quest completed post with a certificate you can download and virtual badge. If you want to do the ultra quest and do every day for 7 weeks then there will be a special certificate for you and a different badge.

You can use any stretches you like, if you have specific physio work please do them exactly the way they have recommended and use the quest to fit it with your physio program

If you are going to be using the NHS stretches for the quest here is the link so you can use them. The videos to use are the 5th to the 9th.

I will be honest here, I haven't done any this week. I am a little nervous, so I have decided to wait until after Tuesday when I have a physio appointment and let them tell me which stretches are best for me. I am working on the principal better to be safe than sorry.

can u list n explain how 2 do the stretches, I don't want 2 make my symptoms worse, plus I've got brain fog n don't know how 2 start. Sorry 4 being difficult.

No,problem. Here is a link to some really good videos from the Stregnth and flex podcast. They are really good at talking you through good form as you do the exercises.

I was so busy last week, that I forgot to post to ask to join the quest! But I have been doing my physio exercises most days this last week (but not all!) :)
