So that's 5k a day for Feb done. Was back to the gym a bit this week too. Now entered into x3 10k runs and a 5.3mile leg of a marathon. This should keep me occupied for next 3 months. Big massive thankyou to everyone who helped along the way with wise words and encouragement. Also raised a very good amount for charity and thanks to anyone who sponsored me, very kind. The last run I had alot of family and few of my sister friends joined me for it. Some ran and some walked it.
