So that's 5k a day for Feb done. Was back to the gym a bit this week too. Now entered into x3 10k runs and a 5.3mile leg of a marathon. This should keep me occupied for next 3 months. Big massive thankyou to everyone who helped along the way with wise words and encouragement. Also raised a very good amount for charity and thanks to anyone who sponsored me, very kind. The last run I had alot of family and few of my sister friends joined me for it. Some ran and some walked it.

Here's my week

Monday

Db Bench press 4x8 ( 25 25 25 25)

Db incline press 4x10 (20 20 20 20)

Single arm side push 4x12 (20 20 25 25) ss

Close grip press up 4x10 body weight ss

Bench chest flys 3x10 (15 15 15)

Bench diamond press 3x10 (15 15 15)

Run 24 of 29 5k 29min 55sec

Tuesday

Run 25 of 29 5k 33min 21 sec

Wednesday

Run 26 of 29 5k 30min 58sec

Thursday

Run 27 of 29 5k 35min 40sec

Friday

Rack pull 4x8(100 100 120 120)

Lat pull down 4x8 (80 80 80 80)

Single arm Row 3x8 (40 40 40 40) ss

Tricep skull crusher 3x10 (10 10 10)ss

Cable row 3X10(15 15 15) ss

Tricep push down 3x10 (7 7 7) ss

Saturday

DB shoulder press 4x8 (20 20 20 20)

Run 3.4k 18m 30 secs (forgot to stop watch so sorta guessing a bit)

Congratulations on completing that 5K a day challenge for February JL, I see you are not even taking a little break before your next challenge which is as you say is 3/10K runs and a 5.3 mile leg of a marathon, I wish you luck for that.
