Well, I guess that equates to my 5k run two weeks ago, and my 6k last weekend: the pros were possibly a tad ahead of me ...
(I remember my one and only Park Run - a there and back - and seeing runners coming back towards me WAY in advance of the half way point and thinking ... "say, what?!" but realising they had 30-40 years on me!🤣)

lol! I am usually in the slowest 5%, both in rowing and running. So speed has stopped mattering to me completely. However improvement on my prior time is always very satisfying to hunt for!
I’m a proud member of the back of the pack! And the runners/rowers high afterwards is just the same! 😀😀😀😀
