Well! I’m all set up to row whilst watching the Olympics coverage, and my yoga mat is also laid out in front of the TV in our guest bedroom.
My Olympics app is set up to tell me when all my favourite sports are on (rowing, sailing, mountain biking, skating, climbing, kayak and slalom canoeing and surfing)!
So who gets inspired watching the olympics to do some strength or flexibility workouts? And which sports do you watch?

Absolutely love the Olympics always have, Imlike the athletics swimming and gymnastics but will watch it all ! Reminds me of back in the 70’s my brothers and I had our own mini olympics running round the block, cycling and doing all sorts of sports in our small back garden even had a chart for medals!
That sounds so fab! I vaguely remember doing something similar, but it might have been with my school.
At London Olympics, we bought a Top Trumps set with all sorts of categories around the London Olympics and its athlete, sports, historic events, etc. And we must have plaid that as a family almost daily during the games!
Great stuff! Am sitting in front of the women’s rowing heats just now but have to rip myself away for a shower (as I e done a row just now) and breakfast!
