This week was the toughest week I've had yet. Really wasn't feeling great with sore head, sore body, sore throat etc. So all weights and cardio were benched. This week was just about getting the runs done. Have to say alot of people came to my rescue and ran with me. Including the dog. How I got through it I have no idea. Starting to feel better. My diet hasn't been the greatest eithier and I'm feeling it. Basically whatever carb I could get into me for energy. 6 runs left. Amazing to think I'm into my last week. Let's hope I enjoy these better. Thankyou all for the support on here and the messages people have sent. Here's my week

You did very well on those runs Johnny, the times are a little different, for example run 20 was 35.15 and run 22, a sub 30 minute 5k of 29.21, that would suggest a different more flatter route, only 6 more runs to go until your goal of 29/5K runs, I wish you all the very best for those remaining runs, 👍🏃🏾
Yes, that also took in who I was running with. The two 35min ones was with the sister in law who hasent ran in 7mnths and has a sore knee. The other today was with wife's friend and her daughter. It was slow. The sub 30 was me on my own. Also yeah they have been done in different places and different weather conditions.
