And just in time for the rainy autumn season. The journey has been great! I have had plenty of C25k consolidation runs and explored all sorts of different workouts.
I feel stronger, specifically my back and knees, and now Iβm heading with my workouts indoors .
So for all who need a structured program, this is a great choice and gets you to know many of the workouts on the NHS website!
But it is slightly geared towards outdoors, due to the inclusion of Lauraβs Strength & Flex podcasts.
