Brilliant. I did lots of chair based workouts over the last few months and it was amazing how challenging some of them were!
Good for you 😊 my husband volunteers at one too, but he does brews & washing up mostly but enjoys socialising there too. He’s borrowed some of their props for me whilst I’m on the IC.
It’s not as painful as it was. I’m trying really hard with the physio, but movement is still quite limited. I don’t sleep very well despite listening to relaxation & pain apps, but compared to when it 1st happened I’ve improved massively. Thanks for asking 😊
