Exercise record chart

My first week of reduced working hours 😊👍 over the coming weeks and months I should feel less tired, not so stressed and have more time for exercise!!

So with that in mind I have amended an exercise chart I made last year. I have included the 5 Rites - thank you CBDB for your challenge this week - loving it 😊. I want to do those daily, as well as squats and press ups. I have also added Tai Chi because I am starting a class next week. I will write the number of each exercise in the boxes as I do them 👍

Thank you, Sue. Feeling very stressed at work (lots of changes 😬) so I am really taking advantage of the extra days off.

All sounding very positive and those reduced hours will give you much needed rest time and time to get yourself stronger too, in body and mind.

I hope you enjoy Tai Chi... I know I love it:) Keep us posted please:) x
