My first week of reduced working hours ๐๐ over the coming weeks and months I should feel less tired, not so stressed and have more time for exercise!!
So with that in mind I have amended an exercise chart I made last year. I have included the 5 Rites - thank you CBDB for your challenge this week - loving it ๐. I want to do those daily, as well as squats and press ups. I have also added Tai Chi because I am starting a class next week. I will write the number of each exercise in the boxes as I do them ๐
