So finally got a wee group going in and around the village where I live. 8 people so far, all like running, but the group is for anything fitness. Think a couple are going swimming tomorrow. Alot of it is really for support and company. Alot like these forums.
So 2 of us went to the gym and then 3 of us done a run straight after. So today I done this.
Bench dB press 4 x 10 reps (25 25 25 25)
Bench dB Incline 4 x10 (25 20 20 20)
Bench dB decline 4 x 10 (25 20 20 20)
Db Bench flys 4x12 (15 15 15 15)
Run 7.5k 43min 27 pace 5.58/km

Great effort working as a group, do hubby and going in different directions for our runs and working out in different rooms count as a mini support group. Keep fit, keep happy enjoy life
